Booking

We are extremely intentional about our work, so our booking process is a bit unique.  If you haven't worked with RISE before, skim the information below to learn more about how we operate.  The booking process typically takes about two phone calls and one week to complete.

Before you start, check our rates and download the Program Design Worksheet which mirrors the process explained below.

1. Select Your Topic(s)

Review our Programs and identify the issues you would like to address.  If your topic is not listed, use the custom-design option to create a program unique to your community.

2.  Check Dates and Availability

Check the Project Calendar to determine our availability for your target dates.  With the exception of Dan, our Project Leaders are only available on weekends.

3.  Contact RISE to Design Your Project

We will walk you through a thorough design process that involves articulating learning outcomes, selecting the most relevant content, identifying a program format and creating the right environment.

4.  Complete the Project Agreement

We will provide a Project Agreement, a program outline, an invoice and any additional other paperwork you may need.

5.  Make Project Arrangements

Once you submit a completed Project Agreement, we can work through a simple checklist that covers logistics, advertising, pre-session surveys,  payment, and any additional paperwork.

Program costs are based on a simple, consistent daily rate:

  • $2950 for a one-day program
  • $1750 per each additional day

All rates are inclusive of travel, materials and expenses.
