Fraternity/Sorority Assessment: A One-Day Crash Course
RISE is excited to introduce A One-Day Crash Course in Fraternity/Sorority Assessment! This pilot program is designed to provide campus fraternity/sorority professionals with the essential tools and skills to assess their work.
Attendees will learn frameworks for measuring the performance of individual programs and their collective office, determine what systems should be in place to support assessment, prioritize what gets measured, and inventory data sources and needs.
This is interactive skill-building! Participants will have opportunities to rehearse their new skills, share assessment practices with one another, and get small group coaching.
This is an active learning experience! Attendees leave with a plan for improving assessment for one of their own programs and a set of priorities for strengthening their office's assessment plan.
