Jessica Wilson

RISE Partnerships is pleased to announce the addition of Jessica Wilson to its team of professionals.

Jessica brings years of experience working with fraternity and sorority communities at the University of Texas at Arlington, Capital University, and The Ohio State University. She currently works at Gartner, Inc. where she develops and executes programming to attract university talent through its global internship program.

“I am super excited to be joining the RISE team,” said Wilson. “Although I have transitioned professionally out of Higher Education and Fraternity & Sorority Advising, I continue to have a strong passion to support the development of fraternity/sorority members. I look forward to bringing a new perspective to the team, and ensuring that the work that we design for our clients, not only solves their most critical priorities but is also efficient and easily digestible. I have always viewed the fraternal experience as the best experience in preparing the future workforce, and I hope that my contributions with the RISE team provides space for members to reflect and articulate how their membership has best prepared them for their future careers.”

With her expertise in L&D and program design, Jessica Wilson supports the RISE mission of helping leaders to do their best work. She will be part of our instructional design team, assisting with the design and creation of custom curriculum for our university, headquarters, and association partners.

“Having Jessica on the team is a big win for RISE and our partners,” said Dan Wrona, CEO of RISE Partnerships. “She has a deep knowledge of fraternity and sorority life, a results-oriented mindset that will help ensure our programs deliver on their objectives, and valuable expertise in the learning and development industry.”

RISE Partnerships equips fraternity/sorority leaders to do their best work, with an emphasis on learning and performance. In their 20+ years of business, RISE has served more than 300 university campuses and 100 organizations.
